These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CardioScape Web Site and its entire range of products and services available online.
The CardioScape Web Site is owned and operated by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC); its registered office is located at the address mentioned below. The ESC Web site is in English, which is the official language for external ESC communications.
By using the CardioScape Web Site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important and legal information with regard to the CardioScape Web Site. They imply rights and obligations from and to the ESC. For certain products and services, specific terms may apply. When applicable, the ESC may complement these Terms & Conditions with specific Rules & Regulations posted at the product or service web location. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency the latter shall prevail.
The ESC reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion, without prior notice, with the proviso that details of the amendments are published on the CardioScape Web Site. They become effective from the time of posting.

You irrevocably indemnify the ESC and its affiliated staff and web site contributors, from and against, any and all losses, damages and costs, suffered or incurred by the ESC and its affiliated staff and web contributors, of whatsoever nature, arising out of or in connection with, your use, provision, or distribution of information or any part of the ESC Web Site component contents, that arise in relation to any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
Legal Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Any disputes relating to the CardioScape Web Site or to these Terms & Conditions shall be brought before the court at Tribunal de Grand Instance, 06310 Grasse, France and will be governed and analysed according to French law, on their merits, independently of the rules concerning conflicting legislation.
